Cardiac arrest is when there is a cessation to the hearts function stopping blood pumping around the body which can lead to death.

Currently the best way to tackle cardiac arrest is to perform early defibrillation and CPR as soon as a person collapses, however, studies have shown many people do not have the confidence to perform this life saving intervention.

At Heartwize we provide full training on how to best deal with a cardiac arrest outside of the hospital using our tailored programme.

If you would like to read more about cardiac arrest, please consult the NHS, British Heart foundation or Heart websites.
